- What is the difference between priority processing and rush processing?
Priority processing allows customers to have their order executed in the quickest time possible. It generally means a 2-3 day delivery period by International Couriers with special priority delivery instructions. Current rates for the priority processing option are 10% of total order.
Rush processing positions your order ahead of other weekly orders and the current backlog to expedite delivery. Sometimes dispatch is delayed due to fabric availability issues or delays in client payment processing. Delays can be expected if there are features in the garment that go beyond normal production staging, or sometimes they are caused by incomplete order information submitted from the client. This requires us to contact the client for additional order clarification. - What are the MyCustomTailor.com production standards? We maintain a high standard of QUALITY AND WORKMANSHIP with dedication to customer service. Click Here to find out more about our standards.
- If a charge back or credit has been issued to my credit card, why do I not see it in my Card Statement?
Charge backs to credit cards sometimes encounter an administrative period that can extend to 4 working days. Additionally, it can take up to two billing cycles before the funds show up in your credit card statement as international transactions like this cross multiple banking systems. - What about big and tall sizes? We do not charge extra for preparing large sizes? The prices you see here are the prices for everyone, regardless of size. Please email us for details.
- I am not able to access my order in the ´MyAccounts´ link of your website.
There are generally two reasons why you are not able to view your order:
a. The order may have been moved to the order history page. Use the link on the left side of ´MyAccounts´ to access the order history page.
b. You may be using a different email address to access your account; sometimes two email addresses get entered over time. Confirm the email you used to place the order and log in with that address. It will serve you well to establish a single email address linked to your account.
Should you still have trouble accessing your account, use the Trouble Shoot to let us know. - What are CMT orders? How much do they cost?
CMT stands for CUT, MAKE, TRIM and is the industry term used to describe the shipment of cloth to us to custom make a preferred style, made-to-measure item to your specifications.
Details for the costs and the order process for CMT can be viewed at this link.
