I had an accident and damaged the jacket belonging to a beautiful dark suit previously delivered by My Custom Tailor. I ordered a new one made in the same fabric and the same specifications as originally requested. Not surprisingly it had a perfect fit. The workmanship was as usual excellent and delivery was made on time. Over the last few years I have ordered and received several garments, all to my full satisfaction. This was a long transaction yet well worth it. My original coats needed to be recut and they were with precision and speed. I had measurements from another tailor so that was the reason for the delay. The quality far surpassed my expectations as did the service. Communication is fast timely and relevant to the topic at hand. Now that my measurements are on file and my clothing received I will be coming back for future purchases. I am a VERY satisfied customer, especially being more muscular, clothing is hard to find and locating the correct fit. MYCUSTOMTAILOR made the transaction smooth and easy. I would just like to say how extremely happy I am with my suit. It is for my wedding in May therefore was a little unsure at what I was to expect and I was over the moon with my purchase. The suit material was excellent, the fitting was perfect to my sizing. I would not find better quality and craftsmanship anywhere in the UK, as I regularly buy suits for business. I have recommended your services to my family, one which was my father who lives in Sydney Australia and he would like to know when you will be touring Australia and the dates you are in Sydney as he wants to come along as he to finds it difficult to find a perfect fitted suit.
