I hope that all is well with you, sir. My first set of items arrived yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised. the suit is gorgeous. It fits so much better than the two previous jackets probably because of the corrected measurements. I am thinking about sending the tan and black jackets back to you for correction to new measurements. I hope to have new orders soon.Patrick A.
Dear Mycustomtailor, thanks for the prompt deliverance of the goods. It was all very quick, properly packaged and as was ordered. Measures where good except from the collar which was to wide. By moving the upper button somewhat more to the right, this has been corrected. Next time I will inform you on the smaller collar measure and than I would also like to order shirts with double cuffs (meaning that the manchet button goes through 4 buttonholes). Is that possible? I have been delighted with the level of customer service I´ve received from mycustomtailor. When I have questions or comments, my concerns are addressed immediately. I am difficult to fit, so I chose a skirt that already fit me perfectly, sent it to Mycustomtailor, and asked that it be copied exactly. I received the skirts today and the fit is exceptional.
