I have received my second suit and ties today, and it is with great pleasure that I´ve found it fits even more perfectly than the first, and there are no adjustments or problems to be found! My Customer Tailor is a credit to the industry and I absolutely cannot wait to wear my suit on Monday. It has been a pleasure to shop with your company. I have only one small point of feedback for you. I find that though the site provides plenty of choice, I feel that it is too overwhelming when someone just wants to find a suit. I think a search function where you can simply select by season would be a welcome addition. Imagine a new customer having to deal with the classic versus premium versus heritage gold, then the styles, then the suits, then the materials and even more. Maybe a "First time shopping with us?" button that guides new users through a simple step-by-step selection of the most popular choices, styles and fabrics for various seasons. The lists of specials is also a little overwhelming, and I feel could do with some tweaking to allow easier, simpler choice. Finally, while a month for a tailored suit is a good time-frame (as far as I am aware), and while I think it is great that we get emailed updates, I think more frequent updates would be beneficial. The time-frame between ´order completed´ and getting my suit was quite significant, and suggest maybe something on the website with a ´count down´ to when your suit is ready could work well. Regardless, I am still extremely pleased with my new suit. My next purchase will likely be another suit, several new shirts and some spare trousers. It has been a pleasure. Warmest regards,

have been doing business with My Custom Tailor for almost 2 years now. I have ordered about 5 suits three jackets, and about 20 shirts total. It took a lot of trial and error to adjust the measurements properly, but once I was able to update my profile to the exact measurments that I like, things have been great.
