Friends: My first impression was some apprehension and disappointment as I realized my custom suit and shirt were in a small box. I was concerned about what they would look like when they came out of that box. I reminded myself that your site said they would need to be cleaned and pressed before being worn. It´s a small thing, but it initially took some of the joy out of the occasion. I really don´t know how you could do it better, though. In fact, I´m not sure what I was expecting. When I got the suit out, I found it was a thinner material than what I expected. Perhaps your site could tell the threadcount of the fabric or the weight of the fabric. Some people might not find this useful, but others might. I think in the future, I need to request swatches so I know better what to expect. Of course, I immediately put the coat on. It was wonderful! I have never put a suit coat on and found plenty of room in the biceps. The fit in the shoulders was perfect. The arms were comfortable. That has never happened before. The length of the coat and the arms was perfect as well. When I looked in the mirror, I was ecstatic! Suit coats off the rack are huge around my waist. My shoulders and chest are much bigger than my waist, so off-the-rack coats don´t fit right. The coat you made me fit my shape and made me look good. I work out too hard to look bad in suits. Yours was outstanding. Once I had tried on the coat, I had to put on the shirt you made me. It was equally outstanding. Store bought shirts that fit my shoulders are too big in the neck and huge around the waist. I always have excess material around my waist that bunches and looks horrible. Your shirt was fantastic. Even though the suit needed to be pressed, I put it on with the shirt you made and showed it off for my family. They were almost as excited as I was. My teen-aged daughter made me keep it on while she put on her favorite dress so she could see how we looked together. Sounds corny, but that´s how impressive your clothing was to us. I looked through the suit and was very pleased with the quality of workmanship. It had details that I had not thought of, but appreciate highly. I have already started looking at your site to decide what I want to order next. Now that I know what you can do, I doubt I will ever buy clothes from anyone else. It would be too disappointing to go back to ill-fitted clothes. Thank you very much for your excellent service and products. I am recommending you to all of my friends. Very respectfully,
