Outstanding customer service, very fast turnaround, amazing quality. I met with Mycustomtailor at a road show in the U.S. in early April for measurements and to view the fabrics. He is a great guy and the story of how he built this business is fascinating. I appreciated his advice on fabric choices, style, and fit, and the measuring process was easy and fast. Turnaround was about 4 weeks, much faster than I expected. I ordered a suit and a shirt. Both fit perfectly. The high quality is very noticeable -- the seams are extremely well done, the features on the suit jacket are great (I love that the jacket has two deep breast pockets, a separate pen / watch pocket on the left side, and a separate cell phone / business card pocket on the left side. The main pockets also have buttons to protect the wallet / passport, etc.), the fabric drapes amazingly well. The shoulders, lining, and center back right under the collar are where the quality really shows. The shoulders don´t pucker at the seam and are centered properly when I wear the jacket. The lining is high-quality fabric and is set off with contrasting piping and thread. And where most off the rack suits will have a hump in the center back under the collar, the Mycustomtailor suit drapes and fits perfectly throughout. I paid $485 for the suit where a comparable off-the-rack suit tailored to fit as well would have cost me $750-$800 in the states. The shirt likewise fits perfectly and the quality is top notch. My wife, after seeing the new outfit, has forbidden me from "wasting money on off-the-rack suits and shirts" because she likes the look of the Mycustomtailor suit so much. Bottom line -- I´m really happy with my order and will be ordering at least two more suits and all of my shirts from him over the next year.

Greetings! We recently received my fiance´s first custom suit order from Mycustomtailor´s and we could not be more pleased! We look forward to ordering suits for attendants in our wedding this fall. We met with the tailor in Chicago last August to look at fabrics and discuss, but now that we´re much further into our wedding planning process and have a better idea of what we´re looking for, we were hoping to meet with him again when he is in Chicago in April to confirm which fabrics and colors we want. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I have received the suit. It is a real fine piece of handcraft - made very exactly an accuratly. Due to this fact an the extensive measurement-form it fits perfecty. (The only thing I´m missing -as the suit is made in 1930/40 style- are the buttons for the braces, but that´s my fault, I forgot to mention, when placing the order) I´m sure, I will reorder again.
