I´m not a difficult person to fit, but I have very particular taste in clothing. I don´t wear logos and I´m not automatically impressed by designer tags. I´m tall, so I like shirts with higher collars, longer tails, and roomy french cuffs that don´t pull at my shoulders when I move my arms. At work I wear single breasted suits, but sometimes I like double-breasted jackets that are broad in the shoulder and taper to the waist. I like slacks that sit right under the belly button. Snug fit around the hips with a mid-rise and wide legs that stay that way down to the hems. In short, I like a lot of things that I can´t find in stores. I´d like to think that it´s because I´m trying to develop a style instead of buy a fashion. That´s why I like My Tailors. There´s a learning curve here. I can admit that I´ve had a couple of minor, but fixable misfires. Frankly, it´s a little daunting when you take responsibility for what you choose, and I´m not just talking sizes and styles. I mean buttons, fabric, cut, extra pockets, everything...there are a lot of decisions to make. But don´t let the details put you off. You´re creating your own look! You´re deciding everything you want. Once you get into it, it´s a pretty powerful and creative experience. Plus, the communication you receive from Mycustomtailor as well as the personalized suggestions they offer makes the service unlike any other shopping experience I´ve ever had. They respond to you every step of the way. They´ll tell you if they think you´re making a mistake. They notify you at each stage of the production and shipping. It´s really something! You´ll have to be the judge of the value. I´ve been working with the best fabrics that I can afford and I haven´t been disappointed. Here´s the deal: Last spring I walked into the Hugo Boss store in New York City looking for a suit. Lot of guys walking around in black suits that had either 2 buttons or 3. Nice, but not a lot of variety. I was a 46L at the time. The sales guy told me that they didn´t carry the "larger sizes" on the floor, but if I found something I liked, he´d check in the basement for me. I´ve ordered four suits and a dozen shirts from Mycustomtailor and I´m just getting started. I don´t see myself walking back into a retail store again any time soon.

I am very pleased with your site and your attentiveness to your customers. It may be that the site could be simplified to some degree, but this would require further in-depth study. I like the large number of available fabrics, and the detail that you go into with the measurements, thus insuring a good fit. I am very pleased with your entire operation.
