In regards to the order I placed in March 2002, I can only say I am grateful to you, Mycustomtailor, for custom-tailoring a great woman´s tuxedo jacket that I was proud to give to my lady-friend for her 43rd birthday. I was not able to get her measurements and still preserve the surprise, so I ordered her size jacket "off the rack" and re-sent to you the picture of the tuxedo jacket design that I wanted you to match. When my lady-friend composed herself enough from the surprise and delight to see what I had gotten her, she tried on the jacket and declared it to be a perfect fit. She was quite impressed with the look and feel of the jacket, and she absolutely adores it. As for myself, I was impressed with the customer service that re-defines the words "courteous" and "prompt". To have ordered and received such a great item of custom-made clothing, all within a 10 day period, is nothing short of admirable.
