- What are necessary conditions, customs, duties or taxes I must be aware of ?
All orders are subject to third party contract conditions for delivery through reputable third parties transport providers such as FedEx, DHL, TNT and UPS. By purchasing from this website, you agree to allow us to choose the transportation mode and transport carrier we deem most appropriate. The cost of shipping is included in the total price of the order but any import duties are the responsibility of the receiver. Such duties can range from 5% to 20% country-to-country. We try to minimize this kind of assessment by declaring the package at replacement value, which helps reduce or eliminate customs duties. - How do I send digital images to use with my order?
Digital images you send to use with your order should be in the following format:

Each image should be no larger than 100 kb. and the images should be in the JPEG format that ends in the extension .jpg. Since multiple images will probably be sent, it is advisable to zip them before transmission to make for easier uploads and downloads.

You can either select the styles that are more masculine from the women´s categories or you can select from the men´s categories. If styles are selected from the men´s categories, use the special request section of the order placement process to indicate that the custom garment should be made in the men´s style but for a woman to wear. Use the women´s measurement forms for the size submission to ensure that the proportioning of the garments is appropriate for a female physique. - I am a webmaster, I have my own site(s). What interesting offers are available for me?

As we have stated throughout our website, we are unable to cancel an existing order since fabrics are ordered immediately after an order is placed. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed and paid for. We do whatever we can to accommodate changes as long as change requests occur before it is too late in the production process to accommodate the requested changes.
There are two circumstance in which we will partially cancel an order. If an order has been processed and the measurements have not been received yet, the order can be cancelled but a 25% cancellation, restocking and administrative fee will be deducted from the subsequent credit return.

If measurements have been provided and the order has been processed, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Cancellation: In the event you must cancel a contract, please notify us both by phone and in writing. If your deposits exceed these amounts, a refund for the difference will be issued to you within three weeks of receiving your written cancellation notice of. - How do I order a gift certificate ? How do I claim stored value in a certificate ?
There are two ways a gift certificate can be ordered. A fixed value certificate can be ordered and the recipient then selects whatever item they want. Or, you can select the collection you would like to purchase from and select the kind of item and style. Then specify ´order this item as a gift´ feature of the order placement process to select the gift and have us forward the certificate to the recipient. In the second method, the recipient cannot choose another item or change the fabrics or styles unless they are willing to pay incremental charges.
To claim stored value in a gift certificate or to redeem a gift certificate, please keep the certificate and when placing the order, use the certificate number in the appropriate field. The stored value in the certificate will automatically be deducted from the total of your order and any left over value will be carried over to your next order, using the same certificate number. - What is the best method for cleaning my suit?
Dry Cleaning is by definition, cleaning with solvents and using little or no water. The combination of solvents and heat is hard on fabrics and may cause as much wear as actually wearing the garment. Perchlorethylene, the cleaning fluid used by most dry cleaners, is the most effective cleaner for most fabric types. However, "perc", as it is called, is toxic and classified as a hazardous air pollutant by the Clean Air Act. Dry cleaning customers should take their garments out of the plastic bags and air their garments after dry cleaning. Dry cleaning solvent must be distilled to remove greases, oils, waxes and dyes. Poor solvent purity or quality can result in an objectionable odor in the garment and a "graying" of white clothing.
Pressing after cleaning is very common. Most anyone can press wool pants but it takes a skilled professional presser to do a quality job on linen and silk items. Linen can withstand higher heat when ironed, and should be pressed when damp. Silk requires a lower temperature iron and should be steam ironed, preferably with a press cloth. Wool should be pressed with steam and a moderate temperature. Packaging of the cleaned garment is also important. A garment can be cleaned and pressed well but if it is jammed into a small bag, it can become a wrinkled mess. Jamming too many finished and bagged garments onto storage racks will usually wrinkle finished garments.
Finally, develop a dialogue with your dry cleaner. Note the type of stains that you have on your garment and tell the Dry Cleaner when you bring in your clothes. Their pre-spotting helps eliminate stains that could otherwise be heat set after the garment is cleaned. Be an informed and fair consumer. Not all spots can be removed especially they have been pressed into the fabric. Intelligent care of your garments will extend their life considerably. - Do you make removable collar stays on shirts?
All our shirts have removable collar stays unless they are Mandarin, Chinese, wingtip, hidden button down or button down collars. Collar stays are not required in shirts with no collars. Hidden buttons and button down collars make collar stays redundant. We can include permanent collar stays in the shirts if so desired. A preference for removable or permanent stays can be indicated in the special request section of the order placement process. This section comes up after the fabric, and the style and color of the shirts have been selected. - What are the most popular fabrics? What are votes on fabrics?
Each time a custom garment is ordered in any particular fabric, the fabric gets a vote point. The higher the vote point, the more popular that fabric has been with our clients. All color selections for a particular fabric are considered a vote for that one fabric. We don´t keep a tally of the most popular colors. The fabric in all its colors is considered as one.
When using the Fabric Search function to show the most popular fabrics, the materials with the highest votes will show up chronologically.
Use this feature to quickly and easily pinpoint the best fabrics for your custom clothing needs.
