• What is ply?
  Ply refers to the number of individual yarns used as a strand. Single-ply fabric is woven from one individual yarn; 2-ply fabric is made from yarns that are twisted together and then woven. If 2-ply yarn is used, the finished construction will have twice the thread count of the same construction made from single-ply yarn. 2-ply yarn must be made from a very high yarn size (like 100) or they will feel thick and heavy.

  Order Processing means we are in the stage of sourcing the fabrics, confirming all the information provided is complete and reviewing all the other details to ensure your custom order is as specified. This is the stage where you may receive an email asking for updates or selective confirmation regarding details of the order.

• Why does the system ask for a password in ´MyAccounts´? I have forgotten the password. I can´t log into my account.
  The password feature protects your account from unauthorized access. If you have forgotten your password,
  type in your email address and use the links provided to have the password sent to the email you originally registered with.
  If you have never set up a password simply go to your account, type in your email address and when asked for a password, type in the one you wish to use.
  
  If you are inputting the correct password but the system still keeps asking for it, you may have ´cookies´ disabled on your computer. When you enter a password, a ´session cookie´ is used to store that information so the site knows who is trying to access the account and whether or not access should be granted. Reset your browser to allow ´cookies´ to run. If you are running a firewall, allow it to ´trust´ our site and then log back into MyAccounts.   Yarn size refers to the thickness of yarns used to make fabric. A higher yarn size means a finer yarn. Generally, sheets are made from a yarn size range of 40 to 100. Obviously, the finer the yarn, the more that will fit in a square inch.

• How do I change my shipping address?
  Log into MyAccounts and view your current orders. Use the link called, ´Make Changes to This Order´.
  Please note that multiple orders cannot be shipped to different addresses. The Billing address will be considered the default address in case of multiple addresses having been supplied.
  Post Box Addresses and Military Addresses cannot be used for shipments, street addresses must be provided.
  Any changes made to the order must be submitted before the current status of the order makes it difficult or impossible to accommodate the requested changes.
  If a shipping address change has been accepted and incorporated into your order, an emailed confirmation will be sent to you.
