- Do you make Non-Shatnez and Halacha compliant clothing?
As manufacturers, we are able to offer custom made clothing to serve specific religious requirements such as Non-Shatnez compliance at no additional cost. Our strict quality control mechanisms ensure true adherence to Halacha and compliance with other religion-centric clothing codes
To order Halacha compliant clothing, use the special requests section of the order placement process to indicate this requirement. - When I submit sizes, it shows an ´out of range´ error. What does that mean?
This error message flags potential discrepancies in your measurements submission, based on logical proportion relationships that don´t normally apply. Our patented ´Measurement Program´ consists of protocols designed to catch these discrepancies so we can manually screen the sizes prior to completing the order. A discrepancy which the program catches alerts us to a potential problem. If you confirm that the measurements you submitted are correct, you need not do anything else. Just confirm that back to us.
Our patented program is just the first step in the screening processes we use for ensuring a perfectly fit, custom-made garment made to your specifications. We also have cross referencing size techniques that we use when executing your orders. - Which fabric mills do you obtain your fabrics from? Where do most of your fabrics come from?
Most of our fabrics are sourced from suppliers in UK, France, Italy, Korea, Japan, China and Thailand.
www.tessilgrosso.com, www.hollandandsherry.com, www.carlobarbera.it , www.vitalebarberiscanonico.it, www.reda.it, www.zignone.it and www.scabal.com are websites of some of our fabric suppliers. Only the best materials are ordered from these and other top-end millers. - What is the estimated dispatch date?
The estimated dispatch date is displayed in MyAccounts. This is the anticipated date your order will ship. In most instances, we are able to ship orders on or before the estimated dispatch date. Any delays are generally a function of fabric availability/delivery issues, a delay in client payment processing, or a longer than anticipated process cycle due to comprehensive feature requests. Delays can also occur if we receive incomplete order details from the client that require an email exchange for clarification. If an order is needed before the estimated dispatch date, Contact us with the order number(s) and the required delivery date so that we can upgrade your order to priority processing for a small fee. Orders may have longer estimated delivery times during the months of April and December due to public holidays, Christmas and new Year breaks. - Where and how do I view the various fabrics?
You can view fabrics by doing a fabric search using the link on the left menu above and typing in the fabric name or characteristic or fabric number as explained on the search page. There is no single place where fabrics can be viewed on our website, since fabric choice depends not only on the chosen collection but also on the item and style selected. When visiting our Deluxe Collections, for example, select the category, such as double-breasted suits and then select the style. When you click on the image of the style, you will be taken to the page that lists the available fabrics in that category. Upon clicking the name of the fabric, you will be able to view a palette of available colors for that fabric. You will be able to see fabric swatch on the box above the selected style. Clicking on the ´ok´ button will add the item in that material and color to your shopping cart. - Where can I find more information about fashion and clothing?

- I am looking for wrinkle resistant fabrics that are durable for everyday wear.
Our polyester blends, polyester mixes, and synthetic blends, especially in the Classic Collections, are perfect for high quality, wrinkle resistant, durable everyday wear.
You can use the Fabric Search function to quickly and easily pick out the perfect materials for your requirements. Select single or multiple criteria when doing your searches for perfect results. - What is the difference between a Notch Lapel and a Peak Lapel?
A Notch lapel is when there is a 45 to 90 degree angle of separation between the collar and the lapel at the point where they join. The collar is the piece that goes around the neck and the lapel is the piece that sits on the front of the chest. In a Notch lapel, there is a wide space separating the outer most tip of the collar from the outer most tip of the lapel. In a Peak lapel, the lapel rises up and beyond the collar tip in creating a peak. Separation between the collar and the lapel in this case is less than 1 degree due to the fact that the lapel rises upwards and runs parallel to the outer rim of the collar. This makes the tip point toward the shoulders.
To view these features, type in the words, Notch Lapel or Peak Lapel, in the keyword field of our Style Search page and styles bearing these features will be displayed. - Can I update the measurements after the order has been delivered?
Yes, measurements can be easily updated after an order has been delivered. Either fill in and submit the measurements feedback form you receive a few days after order dispatch or log into your account and update your measurements profile. - What is hemp fiber and jute?
Hemp is frequently used by clothing designers. When thinking of hemp, the illegal plant, marijuana comes to mind. Hemp fabric does not contain the narcotic chemical. Marijuana is made from dried flowers and leaves of the Cannabis Sativa Plant. Hemp fabric is made from the stems of the plant, which are processed to dissolve the gum or pectin and separate the fibers which are then processed again and woven into yarns and fabric. The finest hemp for fabric is produced in Italy. Hemp fabric is like linen in both hand and appearance. Hemp fabric withstands water better than any other textile product. It wrinkles easily and should not be creased excessively to avoid wear and breakage of the fibers.
RAMIE is also similar to linen and is a bast of plant fiber. It is natural white in color, has a high luster and an unusual resistance to bacteria and molds. Used in fabrics, and often mistaken for linen, it is extremely absorbent and dries quickly. Ramie has excellent abrasion resistance and has been tested to be three to five times stronger than cotton and twice as strong as flax. It is an inexpensive fiber from an East Asian plant and can be spun or woven into a fabric.
JUTE is a glossy fiber from a plant. It is seen most often in sacks, rope, twine, and as backing on carpeting.
