We do not ship orders to most African countries and some Eastern European and Asian countries without sufficient identity verification documentation. This is to safe guard against fraudulent order placements. Once an order is received and verified by our fraud prevention procedures, we will seek whatever additional documentation is necessary to proceed with the order. - Can I order for others such as family? Yes. You just need to set up individual measurement profiles in the ´My Accounts´ tab and give each new profile a proper name. Please visit MyAccounts to complete this process.

We have a proud legacy of following international human rights and conservation standards. Our factory operations adhere strictly to minimum working age laws, minimum wage regulations, and maximum working hour dictates. It is our policy to never deploy underage individuals or children at our workshops. Potentially dangerous jobs, i.e., working with sewing machines and needles, are only undertaken by workers over 30 years of age. - What is the ´MyAccounts´ feature?
This unique element of our website is a one-stop shop where you can view the status of your current order and your order history, and set up different measurements profiles to use when placing orders for members of your family or friends. You can view all your measurement profiles and update them when necessary. Measurement profiles can be added before you ever place your first order. - What is ´Order Executing´ in my account?

Our security protocols and associated underlying technologies exist to protect our clients. Important Notice: ALL orders go through a screening/verification process. We may ask for additional identity verification documents which would be required for order completion. Such documents MUST be supplied via email as an attachment or via fax as required, PRIOR to order shipment. If fraud is detected and verification documents are not supplied, information may be forwarded to country authorities to initiate legal proceedings. Should an order be placed without supporting documents and fraud is not detected, an order will be cancelled and a cancellation charge of 25% will be deducted before a refund is issued to the card. This is easily accomplished. Select the type of item you wish to order, a suit or a shirt for example, from the collection that you would like to have the fabric from. Then, select any style from within the category of the desired fabric collection for the sake of order placement. Next, use the subsequent special request section of the order placement process to indicate a change of style from the one selected to the style number preferred. We will then use your instructions to custom make the garment in the fabric and style selected. - I am unable to log into MyAccounts. What should I do?
The password feature protects your account from unauthorized access. If you have forgotten your password,
type in your email address and use the links provided to have the password sent to the email you originally registered with us.
If you have never set up a password simply go to your account, type in your email address and when asked for a password, type one in you wish to use.
If you are inputting the correct password but the system still keeps asking for it, you may have cookies disabled on your computer.
